Directions
When we think of an extremely mouth-watering cream, we are generally all led to imagine hazelnut cream, but, if you have tasted Pistachio Cream, you will surely have realized that it is no less than hazelnut cream! Try making this fantastic cream and you will realize how easy it is to make it at home in just a few minutes.
Steps
1
Done
|
Put some water in a small saucepan to heat, and when it is boiling, boil the pistachios for about 10 minutes so that it is easier to remove the skin with which they are coated. |
2
Done
|
Melt the white chocolate along with the butter and milk in a small saucepan over a bain-marie, and let it melt slowly, turning it gently with a wooden spoon. |
3
Done
|
Once the pistachios have boiled for about ten minutes, drain them and place them on top of a clean, dry cotton cloth; then, close the cloth into a bag with the pistachios inside and shake it so that the skins covering the pistachios come off the pistachios. |
4
Done
|
Strip all the pistachios of their skins and once you have finished cleaning them, transfer them to a food processor and chop them finely. |
5
Done
|
Combine the chopped pistachios with the white chocolate and sugar in the saucepan and mix until fairly thick; if it is too thick, you can add a drop more milk. |
6
Done
|
At this point, let the pistachio cream cool and then you can enjoy it. |
