Lemon Caper Salmon is a simple and tasty second course. A simple marinade, a short grilling and it’s ready.

Marinated Lemon Caper Salmon: wash the salmon slices. In a dish put oil, finely chopped spring onion, parsley and capers. Pass the slices several times on both sides in the marinade. Add grated lemon peel. Let theslices season for at least half an hour. Do not salt.

On the hot grill or griddle place the salmon slices with their marinade. Cook a few minutes on both sides. Important: Fishslices should be cooked quickly and briefly so as not to dry out the meat. Salt only at the end of cooking. Serve with lemon wedges.
