Farfalle al salmone is a quick and easy first course that is usually enjoyed by everyone. There are different schools on this recipe, some people put fresh and some smoked salmon, some add cream and some do not, some make it plain or some add tomato.

In short, everyone makes Farfalle al salmone according to their personal tastes. A few days ago, our blog friend, Maria, asked me how I made this dish, so at the first opportunity, I bought some nice salmon and set to work and this is the result.
